We collect the information needed to sell, deliver, recover, and support travel eSIMs.
Stripe handles payment card processing; Hello Greece SIM does not store full card numbers or CVC codes.

We collect the information needed to sell, deliver, and support travel eSIM service. This can include your email address, name if provided, selected plan, order details, support messages, refund requests, dashboard preferences, coupon or partner attribution, and account details you choose to save.
If you apply as an affiliate, associate, or partner, we may also collect organization details, website or social links, audience information, expected referral volume, payout details, and application notes.
When you use Hello Greece SIM, we create records needed to operate the service. These include order numbers, payment references, eSIM identifiers, delivery status, install or recovery status, top-up eligibility, usage and expiry information when available from providers, support history, notification logs, audit logs, and security events.
Payments and saved-card setup are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVC codes on Hello Greece SIM servers.
We may store Stripe customer IDs, payment references, setup intent references, refund references, and dispute information so we can complete orders, support billing questions, prevent fraud, and keep accurate transaction records.
We share the minimum order and plan information needed with eSIM provisioning partners to create, deliver, refresh, recover, or top up eSIM profiles.
Provider responses may include ICCID, activation code, QR code data, provider order status, usage status, and expiry information. We use that information to deliver the eSIM, show useful dashboard status, and troubleshoot support requests.
We use required cookies and local storage for account sessions, security, checkout, referral attribution, and remembering your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies load only if you allow them.
If accepted, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand page performance, visitor journeys, checkout friction, and usability issues. These tools are not loaded by our site when analytics cookies are declined.
We share information only where needed to operate the service. This may include payment processors, eSIM provisioning partners, hosting and database providers, authentication providers, email delivery providers, support tools, analytics providers when accepted, and professional advisers where legally necessary.
We do not sell customer personal information.
Where GDPR applies, we process personal information to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, and, for optional analytics cookies or similar technologies, based on your consent.
We keep order, billing, support, eSIM, and account records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve issues, maintain accurate transaction history, comply with tax or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and handle disputes.
Analytics retention is controlled through the relevant provider settings. You can reset cookie consent by clearing browser storage or using the cookie preferences flow when available.
Our providers may process information in countries outside your location. Where required, we rely on provider safeguards such as contractual commitments, technical security measures, and applicable data transfer mechanisms.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data, including secure payment processing, backend-only provider communication, access controls, audit logs, and limited data sharing. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to eligible personal information. You can also reject optional analytics cookies.
Some records may need to be retained for security, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, accounting, or legal reasons even after a request.
Hello Greece SIM is intended for travelers and customers who can lawfully purchase digital services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
