1

Who operates the service

Hello Greece SIM is built and operated by ePoint. The customer service contact for Hello Greece SIM orders is support@hellogreecesim.com.

By using the website, buying a plan, creating an account, using the dashboard, or contacting support, you agree to these terms.

2

What we sell

Hello Greece SIM provides data-only travel eSIM plans for supported devices and destinations. Unless a plan clearly says otherwise, plans do not include a local phone number, SMS, emergency calling, or traditional voice calling.

Plan details such as data allowance, destination, validity period, price, and available top-up options are shown before checkout or inside the dashboard.

3

Digital delivery

After successful payment, eSIM installation details are delivered digitally by email and, where available, inside the customer dashboard. Delivery can depend on payment confirmation, provider availability, anti-fraud review, and correct customer information.

You are responsible for using an email address you can access and for checking spam, promotions, and security filters if delivery email is delayed.

4

Device compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device is unlocked, eSIM-capable, and compatible before purchase. Setup requires a stable internet connection and access to your device settings.

Compatibility can depend on device model, country of purchase, carrier lock status, operating system, and local network support. A device that supports eSIM in one country or carrier configuration may not support every travel eSIM.

5

Activation and usage

Plan validity, data allowance, destination coverage, speed, and network availability depend on the selected plan and local network conditions. Data usage generally begins once the eSIM connects to a supported network.

Coverage maps and compatibility information are guidance only. Local outages, congestion, building materials, terrain, device settings, and provider changes can affect service.

6

Payments, refunds, and disputes

Prices are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy, including whether the eSIM has been delivered, installed, activated, connected, topped up, or used. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate.

7

Top-ups and auto-renewal

Eligible eSIMs may show top-up or renewal options in the dashboard. Availability depends on the plan, provider, destination, status, and remaining validity.

If auto-renew is offered and enabled, you can turn it off from the dashboard before the next renewal attempt. Once a renewal payment has been processed and the top-up or replacement plan has been delivered, refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy.

8

Accounts and dashboard

Your dashboard may show orders, eSIMs, usage, top-up options, payment references, support tickets, and preferences. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for telling us promptly if you believe your account or email has been compromised.

9

Service emails

We may send service emails needed to operate the product, including eSIM delivery, account access, support replies, usage alerts, expiry reminders, payment confirmations, refund updates, and billing notices. These are not marketing emails.

10

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, interfere with networks, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit plans without permission.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, sanctioned, or network-prohibited activity.
  • Do not intentionally bypass technical, payment, provider, or security controls.
11

Third-party providers

Hello Greece SIM relies on third-party providers for payment processing, eSIM provisioning, hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, analytics when accepted, and support systems.

Provider availability, processing times, network data, and technical issues can affect delivery, usage sync, top-ups, and support workflows.

12

Promotions and partners

Coupon codes, partner links, and promotional offers may be limited by destination, plan, customer, time period, stock, fraud checks, or other conditions shown at checkout or in the promotion.

Partner or affiliate relationships do not change the customer terms that apply to the purchased eSIM.

13

Service changes and availability

We may update plans, prices, providers, coverage details, dashboard features, and support processes as the product changes. We may pause or remove features when needed for security, provider availability, maintenance, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.

14

Liability limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hello Greece SIM is not responsible for indirect losses, travel disruption, missed bookings, lost profits, or issues caused by device incompatibility, incorrect setup, local network conditions, third-party providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

15

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product, providers, laws, or business operations change. The effective date shows when this version applies.
